Leisue Inc. has duly complied with the requirements of the National Privacy Commission in the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Everything we do online and offline concedes small pieces of our existence. All websites and systems where we enter our data get to know parts of us. Especially in this time of COVID-19 pandemic, many businesses do their best in adapting to the new normal and trends. In the rise of the contact-free economy most of the private sectors are shifting to online transactions, digital commerce, telemedicine, telecommuting and automation. COVID-19 pandemic indeed proves to be a turning point for all employees, businesses, and consumers alike. Likewise, leading enterprises and companies to requiring more data on people.

As a result, it is important for us to know who handles and takes care of all things we share to those that collect our information

Pursuant to Republic Act 10173 otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act, urges companies to comply to the data privacy law requiring companies to:
1. Appoint personal information controllers (PIC) and processors
2.Organize privacy impact assessment
3. Devise company privacy management program
4. Administer privacy data protection measures
5. Regularly exercise breach reporting procedures.

The general public is becoming more aware of all their increasing rights on every data they share. For this reason, Leisue Inc. allied with the National Privacy Commission to uphold the right to data privacy and ensure the free flow of information. We have been issued a certificate of compliance by NPC last December 2019 and now is a part of the commission’s records.
